If there isn't an appointment available we will contact you when one

if any of your details change, eg, your address or telephone number,
the times you work, the times of your childcare arrangements, or if you
are going away. Please also tell begin if you do not need Literacy or Numeracy classes anymore.begin will keep your information in confidence. We will send you an appointment when there is a class for you. This may be a class at a college, or at another learning centre. It may not be possible to give you a class at the place where you filled in the form. You may need to wait because classes are full, because of holidays, or because of waiting lists for childcare.
